The operation changes your genes. it changes all relations to your parents. it changes your appearance to make you look nothing like your family. pretties don't know about genes or what genes really are.
Predict what you think being pretty is.
Being pretty means to be yourself and to have a good self esteem. I guess you have to believe in yourself.
