Reflect on the following quotes from the chapter. What does each mean to you?
"Making ourselves feel ugly is not fun"... "This whole game is just designed to make us hate ourselves."
This quote I think is true about the book and in real life.
"Everyone judged everyone else based on their appearance. People who were taller got better jobs...people killed one another over stuff like having diffrent skin color."
I like this quote because this is what happens in our day and time and they are talking like it was a lifetime ago when all of this happend. This quote is sadly true thought because people do get killed and some people are judged by the things that don't matter.
"It's the only way to make people equal."
I can see how this quote cures the problem of discrimination but it also would take away the person's individuality.
