1.The man led her to a hovercar and took her to Special Circumstances
2.A woman came in named Dr. Cable and asked her about Shay and her disapearence.
3.Dr. Cable asked her to help find Shay and her friends that ran away
4.Tally refused to help but then Cable told her that if she didn't help then she would never turn pretty
I think Tally will agree to help find them and bring them back to be turned pretty.
